Patricia C. Kuendig

Patricia C. Kuendig, founding attorney of Dodd & Kuendig, Park City, Utah, pursued law out of a desire to help people when they needed it most. For the first few years of her practice, Patricia worked on complex divorce and family law matters from her office in Miami, FL. She credits that experience with her comfort and confidence in the courtroom, as well as at the negotiating table. After several years, Patricia decided to expand her practice to incorporate more areas of law to help people that need it the most. Among those areas were personal injury law and wrongful death.

In 2016, Patricia’s mother was hit by a bus while in a crosswalk. Her mother passed away from her injuries. In an instant, Patricia’s life changed. She, along with her brother, became a a plaintiff in a wrongful death lawsuit. Patricia has a renewed passion for helping accident victims and their families every since.

Patricia is a licensed attorney in Utah (2012), Georgia (2013), and Florida (2005). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the Middle District of Georgia. While working on her J.D. at George Washington University, Patricia interned for a U.S. District Court Judge and the U.S. Department of Justice. Her time in school may be done, but as a lifelong learner, she is always looking for new ways to help her clients.
